Responding to Problematic Behaviors of Students with Disabilities: A Legal Perspective

April 26, 2021
10:00am – 11:00am

Staff can sometimes be distressed when attempting to respond to students who have significant or disruptive behaviors associated with their disability. For low-incidence populations, such as Autism, geographic remoteness can sometimes impede the ability to access non-public day schools with expertise in addressing the needs of some students with disabilities. This Webinar led by an experienced special education attorney, Hans Graff will cover cases, law, regulatory requirements and strategies for addressing the needs of students who can have significant and disruptive behaviors associated with their disabling condition.
