The firm’s bond counsel and public finance practice has an emphasis on tax-exempt financings and has successfully represented cities, counties, school districts and special purpose districts in all modes of sale (competitive, negotiated, private placement) and interest rate modes (fixed, term, weekly, daily, and commercial paper), as well as credit and liquidity facilities (lines of credit, letters of credit, and standby bond purchase agreements).
