PUBLIC LAW

Members of the firm have extensive experience working with local governmental entities, including counties, municipal utility districts and water districts, water supply corporations, public utilities, school and college districts and municipalities on a wide array of issues, including governance issues, elections and redistricting, open meetings and public information, real property sale and acquisition, and other areas of public law.
