Michael Roseberry is an associate attorney at Sara Leon & Associates, LLC and an education lawyer with more than a decade of experience working with disability and education issues.

Michael advises school and community college administrators on compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. His counsel emphasizes finding creative methods to resolve disputes and avoid potential litigation.

Michael previously worked as Director of ADA Compliance for a flagship state university, where he developed an ability to understand compliance matters from the perspective of an administrator at a public institution. This perspective informs the advice he provides to public school administrators.
